AiEng srl has received a Grant for the id13651-AIDA proposal under the “MedITech 2023 Call n.3 expired on November 20, 2023 – Technological Innovation Projects in collaboration with MedITech PNRR – Mission 4 Component 2”.

AIDA project was completed on May 5, 2025.

MedITech 4.0 is a national-level Competence Center, selected by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, that boost the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies for SMEs and the Public Administration. It leverages a consortium of 8 universities and 21 leading industrial partners to drive innovation and digital transformation, with a special focus on the Mediterranean basin.

Project Results:
Leveraging MediTech's expertise, we integrated the FIWARE platform to transform engineering data silos into a standardized, interoperable asset. Using open-data models and smart connectors, our platform enables real-time data federation from disparate sources like CAD and PLM without replication. This creates a collaborative engineering data space, unlocking new use cases for sustainable design and knowledge reuse.
